Der Subwoofer liefert tiefe Bässe, die kleinere Lautsprecher nicht liefern können, und sorgt so für ein optimiertes Klangerlebnis - die perfekte Ergänzung zu den Modellen MR1, R3S, R410 oder zu jedem anderen System.
Angetrieben wird das System von einem leistungsstarken 100-Watt-Class-D-Verstärker welcher bei allen Lautstärken die Kontrolle über den Tieftöner behält und ausreichend Reserven bietet - für den Fall einer Überlastung des Systems ist ein Soft-Clipping eingebaut um Schäden zu vermeiden. Die Einrichtung und Anpassung sind unkompliziert und mit der Auto-On/Standby-Funktion schaltet sich RS1 bei Bedarf automatisch ein und aus.
Der RS1 fügt sich dank seines attraktiven Aussehens mit der maßgeschneiderten Stoffabdeckung und der handgefertigten Holzpaneele nahtlos zu anderen Möbeln ein und ist in den Ausführungen mit einer grauen Lackierung oder Walnussholz erhältlich.
